Work began when the company was a division of another firm. I collaborated with the (soon to be) CEO and head salesman to develop their first logo and printed materials, including a catalog, sales and trade event materials and signage.
As they grew (from two employees to just over 50), the marketing needs of the company expanded. I continued to work with the CEO, as well as the VP of Sales and Customer Service teams, on training presentations, branded product launches, their first website, more catalogs, targeted marketing, a monthly product email, and an enewletter that ran successfully for three years and was the largest driver of traffic to their website for that time period.
The company's market share steadily grew from 3% to 36% in a closed market, and the company continues to be a success today. Our partnership ran for over 12 years.
