Before getting to deliverables (a project, a blog post, a logo update, a website redesign), I have to understand where your company is now—and where you want to go.
We will spend some time talking about your company and your brand, your key customers, what they want, and how your current efforts are working.
Based on your answers and feedback, we'll prioritize a goal, how we'll measure success—then map out deliverables and a timeline. FAQs
This is the kick-off meeting (60-90 mins) that is scheduled before starting any major project or campaign. The final decisionmaker and any key stakeholders (4-6 max) should attend.
We'll define who your key customers are, your company and brand, then look for current challenges and opportunities. This will be the framework for developing effective, impactful deliverables. You'll get a summary report to distribute to any additional staff.
With the Discovery Session framework in place, I'll develop a visual representation of your company (including logo concepts, stylescapes, colors, fonts, mockups and other components) in alignment with your business goals and company vision, and one that will resonate with your customers.
We'll look at your website and talk through the purpose of your site, your key audiences, a look at current features and new goals. You'll get a summary report from this meeting to distribute to any additional staff.
